The NELHA Board meetings take place on the third Tuesday every other month. Please refer to the meeting schedule for exact dates.
The Board meetings are held at the NELHA Hale Iako Ocean View Conference Room.
Meeting agendas are posted 6 days prior to the meeting date.

Procurement: Our solicitations are available through the Hawaii Awards and Notices Data System (HANDS) and/or the State of Hawaii eProcurement System (HIePRO) for small purchases (<$100,000 goods and services; <$250,000 construction) solicitations.
DPW120 Form (MS Word Format) – used to respond to Notices for Professional Services.
